Kajian Jabatan Kejuruteraan Bioperubatan Universiti Malaya (UM) mengenai
kesan solat ke atas tubuh badan dan kesihatan seseorang. Kajian awalnya
mendapati bahawa pergerakan yang dilakukan di dalam ibadat sembahyang
yang memberikan kesan bermanfaat ke atas jantung, tulang belakang dan
keupayaan ingatan serta perhatian seseorang.

Aku cuba cari laporan tersebut dekat Internet, kalau-kalau ada maklumat
lebih terperinci pasal kajian tersebut tapi tak dapat. Walaubagaimana
pun, CVT sebenarnya telah lama menemui perkaitan antara waktu solat
dengan peralihan tenaga alam. Setiap peralihan waktu solat sebenarnya
menunjukkan perubahan tenaga alam ini yang boleh diukur dan dicerap
melalui perubahan warna alam. Aku rasa fenomena perubahan warna alam
adalah sesuatu yang tidak asing bagi mereka yang terlibat dalam bidang
fotografi, betul tak aid ?

Subuh. Sebagai contoh, pada waktu Subuh alam berada dalam spektrum warna
biru muda yang bersamaan dengan frekuensi tiroid yang mempengaruhi sistem
metabolisma tubuh. Jadi warna biru muda atau waktu Subuh mempunyai rahsia
berkaitan dengan penawar/rezeki dan komunikasi. Mereka yang kerap
tertinggal waktu Subuhnya ataupun terlewat secara berulang-ulang kali,

lama kelamaan akan menghadapi masalah komunikasi dan rezeki.. Ini kerana
tenaga alam iaitu biru muda tidak dapat diserap oleh tiroid yang mesti
berlaku dalam keadaan roh dan jasad bercantum (keserentakan ruang dan
masa) - dalam erti kata lain jaga daripada tidur. Disini juga dapat kita
cungkil akan rahsia diperintahkan solat diawal waktu.. Bermulanya saja
azan Subuh, tenaga alam pada waktu itu berada pada tahap optimum. Tenaga
inilah yang akan diserap oleh tubuh melalui konsep resonan pada waktu
rukuk dan sujud. Jadi mereka yang terlewat Subuhnya sebenar sudah
mendapat tenaga yang tidak optimum lagi.

Warna alam seterusnya berubah ke warna hijau (isyraq & dhuha) dan
kemudian warna kuning menandakan masuknya waktu Zohor. Spektrum warna
pada waktu ini bersamaan dengan frekuensi perut dan hati yang berkaitan
dengan sistem penghadaman. Warna kuning ini mempunyai rahsia yang
berkaitan dengan keceriaan. Jadi mereka yang selalu ketinggalan atau
terlewat Zuhurnya berulang-ulang kali dalam hidupnya akan menghadapi
masalah di perut dan hilang sifat cerianya. Orang yang tengah sakit perut
ceria tak ?

Kemudian warna alam akan berubah kepada warna oren, iaitu masuknya waktu
Asar di mana spektrum warna pada waktu ini bersamaan dengan frekuensi
prostat, uterus, ovari dan testis yang merangkumi sistem reproduktif.

Rahsia warna oren ialah kreativiti. Orang yang kerap tertinggal Asar akan
hilang daya kreativitinya dan lebih malang lagi kalau di waktu Asar ni
jasad dan roh seseorang ini terpisah (tidur la tu …). Dan jangan lupa,
tenaga pada waktu Asar ni amat diperlukan oleh organ-organ reproduktif
kita

Menjelang waktu Maghrib, alam berubah ke warna merah dan di waktu ini
kita kerap dinasihatkan oleh orang-orang tua agar tidak berada di luar
rumah. Ini kerana spektrum warna pada waktu ini menghampiri frekuensi jin
dan iblis (infra-red) dan ini bermakna jin dan iblis pada waktu ini amat
bertenaga kerana mereka resonan dengan alam. Mereka yang sedang dalam
perjalanan juga seelok-eloknya berhenti dahulu pada waktu ini (solat
Maghrib dulu la …) kerana banyak interferens (pembelauan) berlaku pada
waktu ini yang boleh mengelirukan mata kita. Rahsia waktu Maghrib atau
warna merah ialah keyakinan, pada frekuensi otot, saraf dan tulang.

Apabila masuk waktu Isyak, alam berubah ke warna Indigo dan seterusnya
memasuki fasa Kegelapan. Waktu Isyak ini menyimpan rahsia ketenteraman
dan kedamaian di mana frekuensinya bersamaan dengan sistem kawalan otak.

Mereka yang kerap ketinggalan Isyaknya akan selalu berada dalam
kegelisahan. Alam sekarang berada dalam Kegelapan dan sebetulnya, inilah
waktu tidur dalam Islam. Tidur pada waktu ini dipanggil tidur delta
dimana keseluruhan sistem tubuh berada dalam kerehatan. Selepas tengah
malam, alam mula bersinar kembali dengan warna putih, merah jambu dan
seterusnya ungu di mana ianya bersamaan dengan frekuensi kelenjar pineal,
pituitari, talamus dan hipotalamus. Tubuh sepatutnya bangkit kembali pada
waktu ini dan dalam Islam waktu ini dipanggil Qiamullail.Begitulah secara
ringkas perkaitan waktu solat dengan warna alam. Manusia kini sememangnya
telah sedar akan kepentingan tenaga alam ini dan inilah faktor adanya
bermacam-macam kaedah meditasi yang dicipta seperti taichi, qi-gong dan
sebagainya. Semuanya dicipta untuk menyerap tenaga-tenaga alam ke sistem
tubuh. Kita sebagai umat Islam sepatutnya bersyukur kerana telah
di’kurniakan’ syariat solat oleh Allah s.w.t tanpa perlu kita memikirkan
bagaimana hendak menyerap tenaga alam ini. Hakikat ini seharusnya
menginsafkan kita bahawa Allah s.w.t mewajibkan solat ke atas hambanya
atas sifat pengasih dan penyayang-Nya sebagai pencipta kerana Dia tahu
hamba-Nya ini amat-amat memerlukannya. Adalah amat malang sekali bagi
kumpulan manusia yang amat cuai dalam menjaga solatnya …?

The New Faces of Netbooks

After being panned for having cramped keyboards and "junky" hardware, netbooks evolved over the past month to include bigger screens, better graphics and larger keyboards. Netbooks will now be able to play full high-definition movies with Lenovo's new IdeaPad S12 netbook. Asustek Computer this month introduced the Eee PC T91, a netbook with a touch screen. Jumping outside Windows, Acer announced plans to put Google's Android on its netbooks, which should provide an Internet-savvy computing experience.

Lenovo's great graphics game

One of the knocks against netbooks was poor graphics capabilities, but Lenovo has addressed that concern with its newly announced netbook. The IdeaPad S12 netbook has a 12-inch screen that can play full high-resolution movies, thanks to a powerful chip with an Nvidia graphics processor under the hood. The processor is part of an Nvidia chip package called the Ion platform, which couples the GeForce 9400 graphics core with Intel's Atom netbook processor.

"For the first time ... users will be able to enjoy brilliant 1080p high-definition video with silky smooth playback," a Lenovo representative said. Strangely enough, Lenovo doesn't offer an optical drive, such as Blu-ray, with the netbook. But users can buy an external Blu-ray drive or download high-definition content from the Internet.

Before bringing a system with Ion graphics to market, Nvidia will first introduce an S12 netbook with Intel's integrated graphics. Those systems will become available in June, with prices starting at US$449. Models with Ion will become available a few months later, and pricing for them wasn't immediately available.

Strong graphics aside, Lenovo has added sundries such as a larger keyboard that make the netbook easier to use. Lenovo claims a six-hour battery life, though it was unclear whether this was for laptops with or without Ion graphics.

Asustek's touch-screen netbook

Only a few netbooks, such as Intel's Classmate Convertible, have touch screens. Now Asustek has joined that exclusive group. Asus finally introduced the Eee PC T91 touch-screen netbook, which was originally announced at the Consumer Electronics Show in January. The netbook has an 8.9-inch touch-screen on which users can touch up photos or leave handwritten memos using their fingertips.

The netbook is powered by an Intel Z520 processor that runs at 1.33GHz, and it is available with as much as 1GB of memory and 82GB of storage. The T91 weighs about 0.96 kilograms (2.1 pounds) and offers five hours of battery life on a single battery charge. It comes with optional GPS and mobile broadband components. It runs Microsoft's Windows XP OS.

Acer's Android netbook dreams

Acer showed its first Aspire One netbook with the Android operating system at the Computex show in Taiwan this week. The beauty of this operating system, according to Acer, is that it offers users outstanding wireless on the go. Acer conceded that Microsoft's Windows OS will be on a majority of the laptops, but it wants to put Android for the added convenience of users.

So what can users expect with an Android netbook? It's hard to predict, but I'm expecting Android to be a bare-bones OS, much like the version you see on Android smartphones. Users will do most of their tasks, such as word processing, using online applications such as Google Docs.

Top companies including Hewlett-Packard and Dell are already investigating Android for netbooks, so it may well evolve into a OS that competes with Windows. Acer plans to launch its first Aspire One netbooks with Android in the third quarter.

HP's Minis

HP last month launched a bare-bones Mini 110 Mi, which is a netbook that behaves like a smartphone. It has a souped-up interface that provides one-click access to everyday applications such as word processing and a Web browser. The netbook's user interface was developed by HP and runs on the Linux OS. The 110 Mi has a 10.1-inch screen and is priced starting at $279.99. It can accommodate as much as 2GB of memory and 250GB of hard drive storage.

The company also launched Mi's cousin, the Mini 110 XP edition, which comes with Windows XP. It can have as much as 1GB of memory and 160GB of hard drive storage. HP says an optional Broadcom HD video accelerator could become available in July, allowing the laptop to play back full 1080p high-definition content. Pricing for the laptop starts at $329.99

The netbooks weigh about 2.33 pounds and are powered by Intel's Atom N270 or N280 processors, which run at 1.6GHz and 1.66GHz, respectively.

Fujitsu's traditional take

Fujitsu this week launched the M2010 Mini-Note, which has a 10.1-inch screen and comes with the standard components you would find in netbooks, such as integrated webcams. The system can have as much as 1GB of DDR2 memory and 160GB of hard drive storage. The base netbook comes with a three-cell battery that provides as much as two-and-a-half hours of computing, but that can be doubled with an optional six-cell battery, according to the company. It is powered by an Atom N270 processor running at 1.6GHz.

The netbook's price tag of $449 is high, but the company has built-in Bluetooth capabilities and three USB ports, which is unusual for a netbook. However, vendors such as Dell, Asus and Acer offer cheaper netbooks with integrated features such as webcams, which could be a better option for those who don't need Bluetooth or extra USB ports.

Acer to build laptop with 3-D screen

It's timed with the surge in Hollywood animated and action movies filmed in three dimensions

Hoping to ride a recent surge in movies and TV shows filmed in 3-D, Acer Inc. plans to release a notebook PC this fall equipped with a 15.6-inch 3-D screen, according to a report.

The notebook will have built-in software that can correctly display 3-D movies but also convert regular 2-D movies into 3-D, Campbell Kan, vice president of Acer's mobile computing unit, told the Taiwanese magazine, Digitimes on Monday.

A request for confirmation with Acer officials in the U.S. was not immediately returned.

Acer won't be the first to offer 3-D-enabled notebooks. In 2003, Sharp Corp. released its Actius RD3D notebook with nearly identical 3-D rendering capabilities.

The Actius RD3D was targeted at biotech researchers, car designers and architects. But even within that specialized business audience, it did not appear to catch on widely and was discontinued within several years.

The 3-D laptop was even panned by sister magazine PC World in 2006 as being one of the 25 worst tech products of all time for its poor 3-D effects and for being hard on the eyes.

The Acer notebook, apparently aimed at a consumer audience, may have a better chance to catch on.

More than a dozen major Hollywood movies have been released in the last three years that were filmed in 3-D, including animated movies such as Monsters vs. Aliens, Bolt, Chicken Little and Up, action-heavy or gory movies such as Journey to the Center of the Earth, My Bloody Valentine and Scar, and concert films such as U2 3D and Hannah Montana / Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert.

Directors, including Steven Spielberg and James Cameron, have thrown their support behind films in 3-D. There have also been a number of network TV shows and commercials broadcast recently in 3-D.

Consumer electronics companies such as Mitsubishi Electric Corp., Samsung Electronics Co. and LG Technnologies Inc. are also building TVs with 3-D screens.

Users of Acer's first-generation notebook will still need to wear stereoscopic glasses for the 3-D to be effective, Kan said, though future models should be able to show the content in 3-D without special glasses.

The notebook will ship with Windows 7 and be available at the end of October, Kan said. No names or prices were announced.

Dr Suhaila juga berkata, wanita yang sedang haid sering dikatakan mudah cepat marah dan dari segi sains, keadaan ini berlaku kerana ketika itu keperluan kalsium meningkat, tetapi tidak dipenuhi.

Beliau berkata, keperluan kalsium amat penting termasuk untuk mengurangkan rasa sakit dan wanita yang hendak bersalin digalakkan minum susu untuk mengurangkan rasa sakit, manakala golongan tua perlu mengambil kalsium yang cukup untuk mengelakkan pereputan tulang.

Pada usia tua, katanya kalsium banyak digunakan untuk tugas lain menyebabkan kekurangan penyerapan bahan itu menyebabkan tulang menjadi berongga dan keadaan fizikal seperti bongkok boleh berlaku.
